An influencer's email field is empty when HypeAuditor does not detect a public email address after analyzing the profile. Influencers may choose not to publish an email on their social accounts.
You can add an email address manually if you obtain it from another legitimate source. After adding it, make sure that your work email is connected before starting a conversation.
If a broadcast includes recipients without email addresses, review the recipient list before sending. Each influencer must have a usable email address for email outreach.
