To start using HypeAuditor for Influencers, you need to choose the role "Influencer" while registering on the website and verify your Instagram, YouTube or TikTok account.
If you already registered with role Influencer but didn't verify your account before, go to Connect page and do the following:
1st step: please choose the social media channel you would like to test for free and follow the instructions afterwards.
2nd step: enter the username/name of the channel you want to track.
3rd step: confirm that you are the owner of this account by following the instructions (no authorisation from Instagram/YouTube/Tiktok is needed).
Ex.: confirmation process for an Instagram profile.
As soon as you confirm the account with a code, you'll automatically get access to HypeAuditor for Influencers.
Troubleshooting account connection
The social account is already connected
First, sign in with the HypeAuditor account that was originally used to connect the social profile. If you cannot identify or access that account, contact the HypeAuditor Support team at support@hypeauditor.com. Include the social platform, profile username, and the email addresses you may have used for HypeAuditor. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
The verification step does not work
Check that the username is entered correctly and follow the ownership-confirmation instructions shown on the Connect page. If verification still fails, contact the Support team and include the social platform, username, the step that failed, and a screenshot of the error message.
