In the Content tab of every Campaign, you can find all posts and stories that were already published within the campaign. There, for each post, HypeAuditor shows a fraud check and sentiments analysis. We also do sentiment analysis on a campaign-wide level.

In order to detect the level of audience authenticity here, we use machine learning that analyzes the trend of likes and comments growth of the post.
The types of fraud check marks that exist in Campaigns:
Highly suspicious engagement — Audience engagement looks suspicious. Likes and comments on influencers' posts look inauthentic.
Suspicious comments — Some of the recent comments on influencers' posts look inauthentic. The account might have participated in engagement pods.
Unusual spikes in likes — Audience engagement looks suspiciously high. Unusual, inconsistent growth in the number of likes detected.
Unusual spikes in likes and bad track record — Unusual, inconsistent growth in the number of likes detected. The account was involved in engagement pods.
Relatively authentic engagement — Audience engagement is relatively authentic, however, some abnormal spikes in likes are detected on the account.
Authentic likes, but suspicious comments — Likes are for the most part authentic, however, some of the recent comments look inauthentic. The account might have been involved in engagement pods.
Authentic engagement — Audience engagement is authentic. No abnormal spikes in likes were detected.
When you click on a post, you can see the sentiment analysis. It shows the percentage of comments that look positive, negative and neutral. Comments text is analyzed using AI to make these conclusions.
We also do sentiment analysis on a campaign-wide level by aggregating all comments from all posts. You can see campaign-wide sentiment check result on Influencers and Reporting tabs and in the shared report that you build.
