What is ROI and how is it calculated in Media Plans?

Learn what ROI means in Media Plans and how it helps you compare the expected value of different influencers.

Written by Iren

ROI or Return on Investment is a percentage of your budget spent on influencer marketing returned to you as Earned Media Value. In Media Plans, you can compare every influencer that you plan to involve in the influencer campaign by ROI and EMV to find whose outcome most probably would be better.

ROI helps marketers prioritize influencers during campaign planning. A higher ROI indicates that a creator is likely to deliver more Earned Media Value per dollar of budget, making it easier to allocate spend efficiently across a campaign.

By default ROI is based on estimated budget. However, if you know the real price, you can change the value accordingly. In this case, ROI will be calculated based on real budget.
