When creating a new campaign, you can select one of the three campaign types:
Product gifting - This requires connecting to an e-commerce store (Shopify, Woocommerce, or Magento). It’s suitable for brands that are planning only gifting campaigns (without paying influencers). Brands can also generate links and promo codes to include in content, as well as promo codes that allow influencers to order free samples from stores. Shipping of free samples can be tracked using the dashboard or influencer tab.
Paid promotion - Brands can use custom links and promo codes without having to connect to an e-commerce store. Payments aren’t mandatory and can be disabled. You can use it for all types of custom campaigns, including app downloads or general website visits.
Paid promotion with gifting - This requires connecting to an e-commerce store (Shopify, Woocommerce, or Magento). It’s suitable for brands that are planning either to send goods to influencers or pay influencers directly. Brands can also generate links and promo codes to include in content, as well as promo codes that allow influencers to order free samples from stores. Shipping of free samples can be tracked using the dashboard or influencer tab.
Note: Make sure to select the correct campaign type when you start as you won’t be able to change it later. However, if you accidentally selected the wrong campaign type, you can always start a new campaign.
No matter which type you choose, all campaigns allow you to create influencer proposals, select platforms, determine content formats, attach briefs, and designate either standard click-to-accept or custom contracts.
