When you click on a post, you can see the sentiment analysis. It shows the percentage of comments that are positive, negative, and neutral. The text of the comments is analyzed to help make these conclusions.

We do sentiment analysis for campaigns by aggregating all comments from all posts. You can see campaign-wide sentiment analysis results in the Influencers and Reporting tabs, as well as reports you share.
