The Top Trending Accounts Report is located in the Tops & Trends section. This tool is available for all users, regardless of plan, and helps you identify influencers gaining significant attention in real time.
You can use this report for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
What this report is for
This tool is especially useful for:
Market research
Competitor analysis
Understanding consumer interests and behavior
Spotting viral trends and fast-growing creators across countries and niches
Step 1: Access the report
Go to the Tops & Trends section.
Select Top Trending Accounts.
Choose the desired social platform: Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.
Step 2: Apply filters
You can narrow the list by:
Time period: Choose between the last 7 days or 30 days
Country: Focus on a specific geographic region (e.g., Australia)
Category: Select a content niche (e.g., Accessories)
Account type:
All accounts (default)
Not brands (personal accounts only)
Brands only
Audience size: Define a follower range to target micro or macro influencers
The list will show 100 influencers per selection.
Step 3: Understand the Interest Score
Influencers are ranked by their Interest Score, not by follower count.
Interest Score reflects audience curiosity and engagement
It is normalized to 100, where:
A score of 100 = highest audience interest in the selected country/category
A score of 50 = half as popular as the top-ranking account
This score is based on:
Absolute follower growth
Relative growth over time
New followers during the period
Prior growth patterns
Engagement rate and AQS (Audience Quality Score)
This hybrid calculation ensures the ranking highlights authentic trendsetters, not just large accounts or statistical anomalies.
Step 4: Export data
Click Download CSV to export the full list of 100 ranked accounts.
Use the exported file for deeper analysis or reporting.
