The Media Plan in HypeAuditor provides a comprehensive overview of your campaign performance projections. Here's a breakdown of the key metrics included in the Media plan and how each of them is calculated:

  • Budget - total projected spend for the campaign, aggregated from each influencer's analytical report.

  • Est Reach is based on the Reach calculated in our analytical reports. Once we obtain the reach from the report, we adjust it based on the type of content the account will post. The number of integrations doesn’t matter here; instead, the kind of content matters - story, post, video, or reel determines the weight:

    • Stories: Reach is multiplied by 0.5

    • Posts/Reels: Reach is multiplied by 1

  • Engagement Rate(RE) represents how actively the audience engages with influencer content. We take the median ER across all influencers in the Media plan, based on their latest analytical reports.

    (total_likes_for_er + total_comments_for_er/2 + interactions_count / total_subscribers_for_er ) * 100

  • Engagements. Total number of expected interactions with the campaign content.
    likes_count_value (90D) + comments_count_value (90D)
These values are pulled directly from the influencer’s recent 90-day performance.

  • Cost Per Engagement (CPE) - dividing the estimated post price by the average number of engagements (likes + comments) of posts made in the recent 30 days by influencers added to the Media plan.

  • IG CPM = budget * 1_000 / reach

  • YT/TT CPM = budget* 1_000/views

  • Earned Media Value (EMV) - here we have more details.

  • Return on Investment (ROI) = EMV/budget * 100. More information here.

  • Instagram activities - number of posts/reels/stories expected.

  • YouTube activities - exported the number of YouTube videos to be published as part of the campaign
