Use this checklist when a post, Reel, Story, or video is missing from a campaign, a content link cannot be added, or tracked metrics do not look current.

Check the campaign setup

  1. Confirm that the creator has been added to the correct campaign.

  2. Confirm that tracking has been started for that creator.

  3. Open the creator's tracking settings and check the configured account mentions, hashtags, and phrases.

  4. If the campaign includes creators from different social networks, confirm that tracking settings were completed for each relevant network.

  5. Check the campaign dates. If no dates were entered, HypeAuditor analyzes the last seven days by default.

For the full setup flow, see How to start tracking a campaign?.

Check the content link

Open the content link in a private browser window and confirm that the content is publicly accessible. Copy the direct link from the social platform and try adding it again without extra text.

If HypeAuditor reports that the content is already in the campaign, check the campaign's Content section and confirm that the same creator or post was not added previously.

Content is present, but metrics are missing or outdated

Confirm which metric is affected and compare the value with the public post. If the difference remains, send the HypeAuditor Support team:

  1. The campaign link;

  2. The creator's social profile link;

  3. The direct content link;

  4. The affected metric and expected value;

  5. A screenshot of the message or discrepancy;

  6. The approximate time the content was added or detected.

Do not remove and recreate a campaign solely to troubleshoot a single content item unless the Support team asks you to do so.
