If you cannot find a TikTok profile or some report data is unavailable, first check the profile and report separately.
The TikTok profile cannot be found
Open the profile directly on TikTok and confirm that it is publicly accessible.
Copy the current profile URL or username directly from TikTok.
Search again using the username without the
@symbol or extra URL parameters.
If the profile still cannot be found, contact the HypeAuditor Support team and include the direct TikTok profile link, the username you searched, and a screenshot of the result. Support can check whether the profile is available for analysis. Report generation is not guaranteed for every profile.
The report opens, but a metric or section is missing
Some metrics require enough publicly available data before HypeAuditor can calculate them. For example, TikTok audience-demography sections may be unavailable when there are too few comments or followers for a reliable analysis.
