Open Outreach > Broadcasts to review conversations grouped by campaign or sequence.
Each broadcast displays its recipient table and indicates whether recipients received and read the email. Broadcast statistics are updated in real time and show percentage-based performance information. You can also sort conversations by message and reply status.
To investigate an individual recipient, open the related conversation and review the email and reply history.
If several team members created separate broadcasts, review each broadcast separately. If a workspace-level combined view is required and is not available in the current interface, contact Support to confirm whether aggregated reporting is supported for the account.
