Broadcasts is the Messages section created to track all ongoing conversations within campaigns or sequences. Let's take a closer look at what you can do there.
All conversations there are grouped by campaign or sequence, and every group is displayed as a table with recipients where you can track if they received and read your email.
The statistics about a broadcasted email are updated in real-time and provide you with the percentage calculations for better performance evaluation. Open your messages to check which email is being analyzed in this broadcast at the moment.
Broadcasts also enables you to sort all conversations in a sequence/campaign by message and reply status so you can adjust your strategy for each case.
If you want to check the influencer card with all recent data on their performance, simply click on their name in the first column. Then, you can access any conversation by clicking on the Messages column and opening the Conversations section of the Messages tool.
HypeAuditor pulls the influencer status set in Campaign/My Network to make it clear if it is a prospect who actively engages with you or an approved influencer who ignores emails for some reason. Feel free to update their status right from the Broadcast.
Once you understand that influencers are ready to work with you, you can seamlessly add them to a Media Plan or Campaign, either one by one or in bulk.
