When you are ready to launch a campaign or need to let all influencers know at once, you can reach out to them right from the campaign tool.
How to email influencers from a campaign
Open the Campaign from the campaigns list.
Select one or multiple influencers, and the option to send a message will appear for you to start a conversation with them.
You can also click Actions next to an influencer's name and choose to Send a message from there. This option allows you to create a custom message, send an invitation, or a draft request — the templates included because these conversations are the most common between brands and influencers.
Selecting one or multiple influencers in your campaign automatically opens a Messages window, where you can write, customize, and use templates and signatures for your convenience.
Then, you can always find the conversations you initiated in the Messages section of your dashboard.
