Quality Audience metric reflects the number of followers whose activity is not identified as suspicious.
On HypeAuditor reports, Quality Audience includes Real People and Influencers — follower types whose engagement patterns show no signs of inauthentic behaviour.
Mass followers and Suspicious Accounts do not belong to this category and are excluded from the Quality Audience count.
Quality Audience is one of the key indicators advertisers use when evaluating potential creator partnerships. A higher Quality Audience generally means that a larger share of an influencer's followers consists of genuine users who are more likely to see, engage with, and respond to branded content.
A low Quality Audience may indicate that a significant portion of the audience is made up of mass followers or suspicious accounts. While these followers increase the follower count, they are much less likely to generate meaningful engagement or conversions, which can reduce the overall effectiveness and ROI of an influencer marketing campaign.
