The Conversations section of the Outreach tool lists all of the influencers you've interacted with and your direct messages in HypeAuditor dashboard. For example, if a campaign contained 50 influencers to whom you sent the same email, you will see a separate conversation with each of them here.
When you click on a conversation with someone, you see all of the emails and replies like in a typical chat. We also keep the influencer's card with all essential information on the right side for your convenience. You can change their status, check the full report, and leave notes that will also be displayed in My Network and all campaigns involving this influencer.
If you want to communicate with an influencer outside of the campaign or sequence, use the Write a message field in your conversation with them.
You can search for an influencer by their username. The list of conversations can also be filtered by the All/Unread/Without reply status of your communication with an influencer.
